CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow at least 48 hours for both rescheduling and cancellation of appointments. A deposit may be required for future appointments if unable to provide reasonable notice. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.  Deposits will be forfeited when outside of the 48-hour window. 

PAYMENT TYPES

Cash and all major credit/debit cards - are accepted. CashApp and Zelle may be accepted if discussed prior to the appointment.
No refunds. Prices are subject to change. Celestial Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

We maintain a high level of sanitary measures including the use hospital-grade disinfectants on all our equipment and surfaces and use disposable tools when applicable. Employees will wash hands upon arrival, throughout the session, wear both a mask and gloves. We kindly ask to reschedule if you are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms or have traveled out of the state within 14 days of your appointment.
